The Comox Annual Mayor Tree Lighting and Winter Market event takes place Friday night - one month before Christmas Eve.
The event will be taking place at Town Circle as well as on Comox Ave between Port Augusta St and Nordin Street.
The market runs from 3pm to 7pm with Comox Mayor Nicole Minions lighting the tree at 5:15pm.
