The Town of Comox is hoping residents will help celebrate Earth Day later this month.
It’s hosting an Invasive Plant Removal Event on Tuesday, April 22, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Teams will be removing invasive plant species and helping restore local natural areas in the Brooklyn Creek Greenway.
If you have gloves, bring them with you (but they will have extras if needed), a water bottle, and ‘weather-appropriate’ clothing.
For more details and a meet-up map, visit Town of Comox.
