Multiple big nods have been received by the Comox Valley Farmers’ Market.
The market received the Most Outstanding Impact Award for its Wednesday market in Comox at the BC Farmers’ Market Awards banquet on Saturday, March 7.
The Comox Valley Farmers’ Market was nominated alongside the Pitt Meadows Farmers’ Market and the Davis Bay Farmers’ Market.
In addition, General Manager Twila Skinner received the Most Outstanding Community Impact Award, recognizing her leadership and contributions in the role.
She was nominated alongside representatives from Powell River and New Westminster.
