A group that advocates on behalf of some fluffy friends is hosting a vaccine fundraiser in Campbell River this weekend.

VI Fluffle works at educating the public on what rabbits need to live long happy and healthy lives, while advocating for rabbits and improved veterinary care and knowledge.

They’re hosting a clinic on Sunday, June 8th to vaccinate rabbits against RHDV.

While the vaccine clinics are not only an affordable way for owners to vaccinate their rabbits against this deadly virus, it's also a fundraiser for VI Fluffy as well.

Once a vial, which contains 50 doses, is opened, they have two hours to administer all of it before the vaccine loses strength.

They would like to see as many rabbits as they can.

The vaccines cost $35 for the first bunny & $25 for each additional, with proceeds benefiting VI Fluffle.

The clinic is on from 10:30am-12:30pm Sunday and is by appointment only.

To register or for more information, email Amanda, with VI Fluffle, at amanda@VIFluffle.ca.
