This weekend, it’s the 50th annual Rotary Club of Campbell River TV & Online Auction.
It’ll be broadcast from Rogers’ mobile studio on Robron & viewers can bid on a huge variety of items & services, which have all been generously donated by local businesses & community members.
The event’s been a big fundraiser for decades.
Graham Stewart, with Campbell River Rotary, reminds participants of a 40 second delay on the broadcast.
So, if you plan on calling to bid on a specific item, make sure you call a few minutes before your item comes up, to get your bid in on time.
Stewart says all money raised once again remains in Campbell River with proceeds this year going to developing the traffic circle on Baikie Island with some local art in the coming year.
Look for our very own Matt in the Morning as 1 of the hosts tomorrow evening.
The live auction will be streamed from 6-10pm tomorrow & 10:30am-9:30pm on Saturday.
There is an online silent auction open at Rotary TV Auction.
