Leah Lewis is wanted on an un-endorsed warrant on four counts of Failing to Comply with a Release Order.
She is described as an Indigenous female, 5'4” (163 cm) and 150 lbs. (77 kg).
She has brown eyes and brown hair, sometimes dyed blonde.
