The Campbell River Hospice Society is inviting the community to an evening of art, reflection, and connection later this month.
The special event, called The Inner Sanctum, showcases the work of acclaimed local artist Norman Marshall, whose latest collection explores emotion, resilience, and the human spirit.
The free exhibit takes place Friday, November 21st from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Campbell River Hospice Care Centre on Evergreen Road.
Guests are asked to RSVP in advance through the Hospice website, as space is limited.
Hospice Executive Director Louise Daviduck says the show reflects the organization’s mission to honour the full range of human experience - from grief and loss to healing and hope.
“The exhibition beautifully reflects what Hospice stands for,” she says.
“It’s about honouring emotion, the search for meaning, and the healing that happens when people come together through art and compassion.”
The evening also marks the launch of the Hospice Society’s annual fundraising campaign, which aims to raise $100,000 by the end of December.
All proceeds will go toward providing free grief counselling and support services for children, youth, and adults in the community.
