Campbell River Council is having a further look over the City’s updated draft Master Transportation Plan.
The draft was presented last week.
The City is in the process of updating its MTP to review and address the future transportation needs of the community.
The plan, which will act as a framework for transportation planning in Campbell River, includes priority infrastructure projects and policies in five categories: walking, cycling, taking transit, driving, and parking/transportation demand management.
Next steps will include incorporating Council’s feedback and holding an open house to share the draft MTP with the public.
Details on upcoming engagement opportunities will be shared at Get Involved Campbell River.
