The Comox Valley Regional District is putting out a call for Indigenous Youth Graphic Artists.
The Reconciliation Advisory Table, which includes local governments and representatives from K’ómoks First Nation and community Indigenous groups, is seeking an Indigenous youth graphic artist to help share its work with the community.
The Advisory Table identifies actions for local governments to take that will work towards meaningful reconciliation, and they are looking for someone who can help tell their story through word art and design as they advance their work in support of community healing.
Indigenous youth graphic artists who are interested in working with the Advisory Table are invited to submit a sample of their work to Comox Valley Regional District by September 25.
