BC Transit is looking to give BCTransit.com an upgrade.

The agency is gathering feedback to understand how people use BCTransit.com; what isn’t working with the current website, and what improvements can be made.

The intent of the survey is to gather a combination of baseline metrics, upon which the team can develop success metrics, as well as anecdotal feedback on the current state of the website.

The information is intended to help provide additional context on functionality, presentation, and content that may be of interest to website users.
