BC Transit is inviting riders across the province, including Campbell River and Comox Valley, to share their feedback as part of a review of printed Rider’s Guides.
The initiative aims to enhance how transit information is communicated and ensure the Rider’s Guide continues to meet the needs of people who use it.
BC Transit says the feedback will help them better understand how riders access transit information, how they use the Rider’s Guide, and what improvements could be made.
An online survey is up at BC Transit.
You can email ridersguide@bctransit.com and identify how often you use a Rider’s Guide, what information you’re looking for, and how frequently you ride the bus.
You may also call 250-995-3838 and paper surveys are available on select buses
You’ll also find a paper survey available on buses in some transit systems, including Comox Valley.
The survey will be available until October 15.
