BC Hydro is issuing a public safety notice of increased flows down Elk Falls Canyon next week.
The notice will be in place from Tuesday, July 11 through to July 26th for maintenance.
During the community is being asked to stay away from the water flow, particularly just upstream of Elk Falls.
People will be able to view the falls from the safety of the Elk Falls Suspension Bridge.
