At Rotary Beach Park last Saturday, the Campbell River Hospice Society held their annual Walk to Remember. 22 participants walked 5km in memory of loved ones who have passed away.

Through the amazing fundraising efforts of participants, the Society was able to raise $9725.00 for Hospice Care in Campbell River and the surrounding areas.

Funds raised will be used to continue services and programs supporting those who are experiencing exponential grief and those who are facing end-of-life.

The Campbell River Hospice Society is continuing to fundraise with the Hospice Care Raffle and the 6th annual Dave Rennie Memorial Golf Tournament, set for August 6th at the Campbell River Golf & Country Club.
