19 Wing Comox will be conducting a training exercise over the next two days.
In a release, the base says participants will be military personnel only and any interactions with agencies outside 19 Wing Comox will be simulated.
Officials say members of the public may see an increase in activity around the perimeter of the base and at the entry gates, or the vicinity of Glacier Greens Golf Course and the Fuel Storage Area near Knight Road.
Also, it should be noted that military members may be carrying training weapons during the activities.
CFB Comox reminds residents that these activities are routine military training and that there is no need to report them to 19 Wing or to local emergency services.
