100.7 The Raven & the Campbell River Hospice Society are presenting ‘The Inner Sanctum’, an evening of art, reflection & connection, tonight at Hospice Care Centre in Campbell River.
It’s a free event, and Executive Director with the Campbell River Hospice Society, Louise Daviduck, says those in attendance will get a rare glimpse at the work of acclaimed local artist Norman Marshall, whose work has been seen all over the world, but hasn’t done a showing in almost 20 years.
Marshall’s latest collection explores emotion, resilience & the human spirit.
The evening also marks the launch of the Hospice Society’s annual fundraising campaign, which aims to raise $100,000 by the end of December.
All proceeds will go toward providing free grief counselling & support services for children, youth & adults in the community.
The event runs from 5pm to 8pm & guests are asked to RSVP in advance at Campbell River Hospice Society, as space will be limited.
