The Mountainaire Avian Rescue Society’s (MARS) Winter Raffle fundraiser is on now through December 21st.

Each year the wildlife hospital cares for more than 1000 native wildlife patients with the aim to release them back to the wild. Its main focus is Avian, but they receive a number of other animals to the Rescue Centre in Merville, including racoons & beavers, tree frogs & garter snakes, black-tail deer & bats. Prizes include round-trip tickets anywhere Westjet flies, 2 nights Storm Watching at the Cox Bay Beach Resort in Tofino & more. Tickets $10 each, 4 for $20, 20 for $50, or 100 tickets for $100.
