Get on your broomstick & follow the witches & black cats to the annual event, put on by Courtenay Recreation in partnership with the Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association. There’ll be Trick-or-Treating Trick or Treat Parade at downtown businesses on 4th, 5th & 6th streets beginning at 3pm & then make your way to the Lewis Centre for the Halloween party from 4-7pm.
