Friday, October 31st, the City of Campbell River & the Downtown Business Improvement Association presents Halloween in Campbell River!!

Downtown businesses will give out candy to ghosts, witches, Avengers, animals, sea creatures, firemen & other costumed trick or treaters. The Downtown BIA partners with the Library, the Literacy Association & the Altrusa Club to give free new books to kids of all ages. There will be prizes for the best costumes for the age categories, 2 & under, 3-5 years, 6-12 years, teens & the best group. Events start at 3pm, costume judging will take place in Spirit Square starting at 5:15pm. It’s free to attend & everyone’s welcome.
