‘Back to our Roots’ is this year’s theme, celebrating community spirit & healthy country living. Promoting local farming, the event offers 3 days of fun-filled events for the whole family. You can pet a lamb, watch the diving dogs, & the many farm animal shows, see many demonstrations, the lumberjack show, carving show, a show & shine & more. There’ll also be live performances Moonshine, the Ed Medford Fiddlers, the Edwin Grieve Band & others. It’s open 12-7pm Friday, 10am-7pm Saturday & 10am-5pm Sunday at the Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds. It’s $10 to attend or $25 for family passes. For full details, go to CVEX.
