The Campbell River Shoebox Project for Women is back for another season on Vancouver Island!

Once again they’ll be collecting & delivering gift-filled Shoeboxes valuing for local women in need. To help, community members are encouraged to drop off decorated Shoeboxes, containing $50 worth, including a $10 gift card, of essential everyday items & small luxuries
that any woman would love. from November 12th-December 5th, shoeboxes in Campbell River can be dropped at Coastal Community Credit Union, La Tee Da Lingerie, Classy Katz Consignment, or Mattone Italian Kitchen. The word "éy7á7juuthem" means “Language of our People” and is the ancestral tongue of the Homalco, Tla’amin, Klahoose and K’ómoks First Nations, with dialectic differences in each community.

It is pronounced "eye-ya-jooth-hem."
