Saturday, April 27th, the Cumberland Community Schools Society (CCSS) presents the 2nd annual Cumberland Repair Café at Cumberland Community School.

The community’s welcome to bring items like small appliances, household items, power tools, jewelry, clothing, eyeglasses & other items that need fixing. They’re also looking for volunteers who have expertise in fixing items such as jewelry, small appliances, toys, or electronics. It’s from 11am-3pm & free to attend. The word "éy7á7juuthem" means “Language of our People” and is the ancestral tongue of the Homalco, Tla’amin, Klahoose and K’ómoks First Nations, with dialectic differences in each community.
It is pronounced "eye-ya-jooth-hem."
