It’s a Strongman & strongwoman show sanctioned by BC Strongman Corporation & Courtenay CrossFit Challenge hosted by StrongHearts School of Movement. It starts at 12pm, it’s free to attend & there will be activities for the kids. Registration closes May 21st & there will be a 50 Athletes limit.
