About the AUPE Cultural Enhancement Society
The AUPE Cultural Enhancement Society (ACES) is a licensed non-profit dedicated to supporting First Nations youth projects on Vancouver Island. Through community fundraising, including Raven Bingo, the Society raises funds that are reinvested directly into youth, cultural, and community initiatives across the region. Our goal is simple: to create meaningful opportunities for young people and to help strengthen the communities we serve.
We welcome applications from organizations and groups whose work aligns with our mission of enriching the lives of First Nations youth on Vancouver Island.

The word "éy7á7juuthem" means “Language of our People” and is the ancestral tongue of the Homalco, Tla’amin, Klahoose and K’ómoks First Nations, with dialectic differences in each community.
It is pronounced "eye-ya-jooth-hem."
