The nearly two-month-long transit strike affecting riders in the Comox Valley and Campbell River areas is officially over.
Buses are back on the roads this morning.
The strike ended earlier this month when workers agreed on a new deal - crews needed some time to get the fleet back in shape after being idled.
About 75 workers walked off the job December 15th - they had been without a contract since last March.
For information on service in each community, check the Rider’s Guide or visit the local system websites.
Riders are encouraged to sign up to receive alerts for the Campbell River Transit System or the Comox Valley Regional Transit System.
