NINE PEAKS TREE CARE CONTEST

Contest Dates: The contest runs from August 1st to August 31st, 2025.

How to Enter:  Just Text “9Peaks” to 250-202-6868 before Aug 31st to enter!

Eligibility: Open to all residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority (19) by August 1st, 2025. A valid Canadian Government-issued photo ID will be required to claim the prize.

Prize Details: a thousand-dollar ($1000) tree & hedge pruning package from Indigenous-owned Nine Peaks Tree Care.

Winner Information:
Winners’ names and details will be shared with Nine Peaks Tree Care to reserve their service.

Product Disclaimer:
The Raven is not responsible for any discrepancies, defects, or issues related to the tree service once it has been claimed.

Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Media Use:
By participating in the contest, entrants grant The Raven permission to use their name, image, and recorded media for promotional purposes indefinitely without additional compensation.

Contest Modifications:
The Raven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest rules at any time without prior notice.

Chances of Winning:
The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received each day.

Indemnification:
By entering, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Raven and Nine Peaks Tree Care from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their participation in the contest or the acceptance and use of the prize.

Limitation of Liability:
The Raven and Nine Peaks Tree Care assume no liability for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications.
• Any issues or errors related to hardware, software, telephone, internet, or human factors that may affect the transmission of entries or the administration of the contest.
• Any changes, modifications, suspensions, or cancellations of the contest for reasons beyond their control.
