Saturday, November 15th, check out the 3rd Annual Backcountry Film Festival at the Stan Hagen Theatre, at North Island College in Courtenay.

Enjoy a variety of human-powered stories, snowsports & backcountry-inspired experiences, as the festival ignites wild conversations & inspires action to communities that celebrate the present while looking towards the future. Proceeds from ticket sales will support the Strathcona Wilderness Institute in its mission to inspire awareness, appreciation & stewardship of the natural world through research, education & participation within Strathcona Provincial Park.
